When we were born into this world we came with a serious defect. That defect is called sin. Sin is in our flesh and we also experience it when we transgress God's law. It is the sole reason we are separated from God.

Are you a good person? Well let's see.

  • Have you ever told a lie?
  • Have you ever stolen something, even if it is something small?
  • Have you ever used the Lord's name in vain?
  • Have you ever looked upon someone with lust? Jesus said, "anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

Are you guilty?

Well we all have transgressed these laws and these are only four of the Ten Commandments. It is clear that we are sinners and we desperately need a solution to this problem of being separated from God.

The God of the universe is a Holy God. He is perfect in every way. The barrier between you and Him is your sin. To come before God you need to be perfect. There can be no exceptions.

So How Does One Come To God?

There is only one way to get to God. Someone needs to pay the price for sin. There must be justice, a reconciliation. Then you can have peace with God and come before Him without guilt.

There is one person who has accomplished this. He is Jesus the Christ. He was perfect and he loved us so much he gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone. He gave his life to free us from every kind of sin, to cleanse us, and to make us his very own people, totally committed to doing good deeds.

Therefore, choose God! He has made a way for you!

I will give you rest.

Speak To God With Sincerity

It is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.
Heb 11:6 NLT

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. - Romans 10:9-10 NLT

Choose God and pray this prayer right now:
God I confess to you that I have sinned and I am guilty for all I have done against you. Please, forgive me for my sin. I ask that you give me a new heart and I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.
I recognized that Jesus was born into this world and He was perfect before you. Jesus Christ was revealed as God's Son by his baptism in water and by shedding his blood on the cross as payment for my sins and I accept his sacrifice for me.
I acknowledge that Jesus died for my sins, just as the Scriptures said. He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, just as the Scriptures said, for which I am grateful. I also thank you that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glorious power of the Father, now I also may live a new life.
Thank you for washing me clean and making me right with you. Please, show me my next steps and protect me as I learn of you and begin to lead a life that glorifies you. - Amen!

If you prayed this prayer and accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior you are truly blessed. A whole new world is now before you.

You may or may not feel anything but what matters is you have been made right with God. The next step you need to take is to get more information! Do not stop here!
